A joyful, high-energy team reset

​​Staff are instantly immersed — playing group rhythms and games, learning simple tricks, moving to music, and laughing together. It’s lively, inclusive, and designed so everyone can take part. By the end, the whole team is playing a full Rhythm-Fitness routine to a song.

How it works:

  • We bring everything and set up in your hall or open space — no staff prep needed

  • 60-minute session (can be adjusted to 45 minutes)

  • Suitable for whole staff groups

  • Morning or afternoon sessions

  • We arrive early to set up all equipment (drums, sound, screen)

  • Staff simply arrive and get straight into it

$1,100 +GST

Price includes:

  • Travel

  • All equipment and setup

  • Up to 40 staff members 

Additional staff: $20 per person
